Our labor and employment attorneys appear before the Illinois Labor Relations Board on wage and hour matters, grievances, arbitrations, contract negotiations and unfair labor practice charges.

We have successfully defended employers against a diverse array of employment claims including sexual discrimination claims, claims arising under the Family Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, ERISA, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.

Our firm has experience drafting language for employee handbooks and policy manuals, preparing employee severance agreements and releases, and authoring employment law publications. We represent employers and employees in drafting, negotiating and enforcing restrictive covenants, and we have experience handling routine to complex disputes in regards to employment contracts. Additionally, RSP counsels management in its negotiation and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements.
