Howard S. Golden concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, probate, and probate litigation. He handles all aspects of estate administration including business and real estate disposition and retirement accounts. Howard offers his clients in-depth counsel and prepares related documents including routine and complex wills, general and limited powers of attorney, healthcare directives, as well as a variety of trusts including irrevocable life insurance trusts, qualified retirement plan trusts, special needs trusts, and other related trusts matters. Howard also counsels clients in the probate process and represents them in submitting petitions for estate administrations, will probates, guardianships, and conservatorships. When a dispute arises during the administration of an estate, Howard has the experience and skill to help his clients achieve a resolution without litigation and, if litigation becomes necessary, he will advocate passionately for his clients’ rights.
As a veteran attorney for over 30 years, Howard has interacted with various facets of his clients’ lives, including business and real estate issues as well as family dynamics.
